Every month, we bring something new to the buffet table, and June might just be our favourite yet.
This month, we’re adding three exciting dishes to an already packed spread:
🥭 Mango Shrikhand
Thick, strained yoghurt whipped with fresh mango, cardamom, and a hint of saffron. Finished with rose petals and crushed pistachios. Cool, creamy, refreshing, and made for summer mornings.
🫓 Uttapam
Thick, fluffy, and golden on the pan, topped with a vibrant mix of fresh vegetables for a wholesome and flavourful South Indian experience.
🍛 Chole Bhature (Back by Popular Demand)
The breakfast favourite that had everyone talking in April. Bold Punjabi chickpeas, rich in flavour, paired with soft, golden bhature.
