Indian Breakfast Buffet in Manchester: 20+ Unlimited Dishes

Weekend mornings are made for good food, good company and taking your time over breakfast. And when there are 20+ Indian favourites to choose from, one plate is rarely enough.

At Sanskruti Restaurant Manchester, our weekend breakfast buffet brings together a delicious variety of traditional Indian breakfast dishes, giving you the chance to enjoy flavours from different parts of India all in one place. It’s relaxed, it’s generous, and it’s completely unlike your usual Saturday morning routine.

What’s on the Breakfast Buffet Menu?

Everything is prepared fresh on the morning itself, and you can eat as much as you like. Here’s what to expect, grouped so you can find your favourites at a glance.

South Indian Idli, Medu Vada, sambar and chutneys. Idli is a soft steamed rice cake; Medu Vada is a crispy lentil doughnut crispy on the outside, fluffy in the middle, and impossible to stop at just one.

Gujarati favourites Patra, Khaman, Sev Khamani, Thepla and Raw Papaya Sambharo. Patra brings steamed, spiced colocasia rolls. Khaman is soft, fluffy and full of flavour. Sev Khamani adds a satisfying crunch on top. Thepla is a spiced flatbread best enjoyed with yoghurt and pickle. Sambharo brings a tangy, fresh bite to the table.

Hearty dishes Chole Bhature, Puri Sabji and made-to-order Parathas. Chole Bhature soft, pillowy bhature with rich, spiced chickpea curry is the one our guests come back for again and again. Puri Sabji (fluffy fried bread with spiced potato curry) is just as satisfying, or build your own with a Paratha, stuffed with aloo, gobi or paneer. These are prepared to order, with extra charges applying for certain options.

Sweet treats and drinks Jalebi, monthly desserts and Masala Chai. Gathiya and Jalebi is a classic combination crunchy meets syrupy in one bite. And no Indian breakfast is complete without a warm cup of Masala Chai to finish.

Something New Every Month

We don’t serve exactly the same breakfast every weekend. Alongside the regular favourites, we introduce new monthly specials, giving returning guests something different to discover each time. It’s our way of keeping the buffet exciting for regulars, while the classics stay put for anyone trying us for the first time.

Our monthly specials change regularly. Recent additions have included Sabudana Khichdi, Mango Delight, Upma, Kesar Phirni, Methi Gota, Indori Poha, Mango Shrikhand and Uttapam. Even if you’ve visited before, there’s always the chance of finding a new favourite.

A Breakfast Buffet for Everyone

Whether you’re vegetarian, vegan, or simply curious about Indian food for the first time, our buffet is built to welcome everyone to the table. It’s a great pick for families looking for something different at the weekend, groups of friends catching up over chai, or anyone wanting to explore a wide range of Indian flavours without committing to just one dish.

Book Your Breakfast Buffet Table

Why Choose Sanskruti’s Breakfast Buffet?

Sanskruti is known for its authentic Indian vegetarian and vegan cuisine, drawing on different regions and culinary traditions across India, and the breakfast buffet follows the same philosophy bringing together several traditions in one sitting rather than focusing on just one style of Indian breakfast. These aren’t fusion twists or shortcuts; they’re proper regional recipes, cooked the way they’re meant to be.

It’s this variety, paired with fresh cooking and a relaxed setting, that makes the buffet worth returning to. Once you’ve tried it, a normal weekend breakfast just won’t feel the same.
