What is Sanskruti?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

\u201cSanskruti\u201d<\/strong> which means Tradition or Culture has been derived from the word \u2018Sanskrit\u2019 which is believed to be world\u2019s oldest language and being originated in India. India is a nation with diverse cultures and enriched with a variety of religion, language, custom and dress. It is also a \u2018melting pot\u2019 of various ethnic cuisines, nutritiously complete in themselves yet so diverse in taste, methodology, flavour and presentation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We believe nothing represents India more than its classical cuisine and vibrant culture, which we express in each of our dishes. We offer a wide variety of choices, many of which you are unlikely to find at any other restaurant in Manchester. We have proudly been nominated by various national and international awards<\/a>. We only use the freshest of ingredients in all of our dishes, offering a vegan and vegetarian menu that traverses the Indian sub-continent: from the \u2018Thalis<\/a>\u2019 of Gujarat to the \u2018Dosas\u2019 of South India<\/a> and from the \u2018Chaats<\/a>\u2019 of Mumbai to the rich, unforgettable taste of North Indian <\/a>curries.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
